With more than 2 decades of experience in Hands-On Training (HOT), he has taken on the roles of both presenter and instructor at various renowned symposiums nationwide, including Firehouse World, Firehouse Expo, and the Cal State Instructors Symposium, among others. For over 20 years, he has also instructed with Firetown Training Specialists, honing his skills and expertise.
